Scope and purpose
The data you give in the contact form (name, telephone, e-mail address, number of guests, date of the event and the content of your message) is processed solely in order to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as is needed to handle the enquiry, and thereafter for the limitation period of any possible claims. Data relating to a concluded contract is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Recipients
Data may be entrusted to IT and hosting providers acting on our instructions under data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
